Terms of Service

By using Stagify, you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short and written to be readable. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@restager.app and we'll explain.
1. What Stagify does
Stagify generates staged versions of your empty room photos using AI. You upload a photo, pick a room type and style, and we return a rendered image. You can buy credits or subscribe to a plan.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 to use Stagify.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the email you register with and for keeping your password secure.
- You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- One person or business per account. Don't share credentials.
3. Content you upload
- You keep ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them for the purpose of delivering the service (including sending them to our AI provider).
- You keep ownership of the staged images we return. Use them commercially for your listings, marketing, or anything else.
- You're responsible for having the right to upload the photos (e.g. you own them or have permission from the owner).
- Don't upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content. We may remove it and terminate accounts that do.
4. AI output
Staged images are generated by AI. They represent a possible design — not the real room. Don't use them to misrepresent a property's actual condition. Any listing that shows AI-staged images should disclose that fact, as required by law in many jurisdictions.
5. Plans, credits, and payment
- Prices are shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- One credit = one staging. Credits from one-time purchases don't expire.
- Subscription plans (Pro, Agency) renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- If the AI fails to produce an image, we refund the credit automatically.
6. Refunds
EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital services, unless they start using the service before that period expires. Using any credit (including the first free one) counts as starting to use the service, which waives the withdrawal right for that purchase. For disputes or issues outside this, email us and we'll work it out.
7. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Try to break, probe, or overload the service
- Scrape or automate beyond reasonable use
- Upload nude, violent, harassing, or illegal content
- Resell access or represent Stagify as your own product
- Use the service to defraud anyone (e.g. representing a staged image as real)
8. Termination
You can delete your account any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. If we terminate for cause, unused credits are forfeit; otherwise we'll refund remaining unused credits on request.
9. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream provider outages, and bugs happen. Credits aren't consumed for stagings that fail on our end.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss that exceeds the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or rights that can't be waived under consumer law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that counts as acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Vilnius, unless your local consumer law requires otherwise.
